Alpha version

The Alpha version is an unofficial, internal, production version of the program. It is refreshed on a daily cycle, although not every working day there is a newer release. Due to the possibility of daily updates, the latest functionality (complete or still under development) is available in it. As a result, it may contain bugs, only partially implemented features or behave unstably in certain situations.

We recommend using the Alpha version of the software for:

  • testing new functionalities / modules,
  • ongoing translation of new expressions appearing in the programme and verification of the translations completeness,
  • general program tests (stability/performance).

Rules for using the Alpha version

  • Working on copies of project files - the Alpha version is not subject to testing and may contain bugs, which in extreme cases may damage the project file.
  • Do not show to third persons - the Alpha version contains new functionalities and may contain new libraries, the implementation of which is confidential until the publication of GOLD version.
  • We do not recommend designing commercial projects on the Alpha version due to the risk of calculation errors.
  • The Alpha version does not announce the availability of updates for your sub-version (e.g. 28.A13). To receive the latest version of the software, uninstall the existing update (e.g. 28.A13) from the ‘Update’ window by unchecking the checkbox and selecting the ‘Next’ button, and then reinstall it.
    1. Uninstalling updates.
